In her art works Noora Schroderus changes everyday materials into an aesthetic work, without losing its’ original essence. Her material choices differ from traditional art materials, and her works include materials such as authentic bank notes, human body hair and animal fur. Noora Schroderus bases her art pieces on ordinary settings, which will develop through perseverant work into interpretations that are more absurd. In a particular setting, objects and materials can be seen in a new and sometimes even humoristic light.
