Artist’s Statement

In my recent works, I focus on organic forms in the environment and landscape. I explore nature and its details, which I paint as visual memories. Sometimes, an experience of nature and plants appears in abstract ways, sometimes more concretely. The process is an encounter between the conscious and the unconscious, between the random and the planned.

Bio

I graduated from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts in painting (2011) and in visual arts pedagogy (2013). I work in Budapest and regularly hold exhibitions in Finland, Hungary and other Central and Eastern European countries. I´m a frequent visitor and member of several art colonies in Eastern Europe. I have taught visual arts and art history in high schools and in my summer art courses at Lake Balaton.
