Artist’s Statement
The base of my work is always painting. The way I paint depends on the content. The most natural way for me to express myself is abstract colour painting. As such, colour the most important element of my work. An abstract painting encases a surprise and a mystery. At its best, painting is a heated internal dialogue, where the intuition battles with consideration.
