The rustling sound of ice in a winter night and the singing swans that fly over the same moment are recorded with a microphone that was frozen on to the surface of the lake. These sounds are played back into the gallery space through a voice coil attached to three materials (heavy glass, wooden door, subwoofer) that each give a different timbre to the recording. The icon-door was found in a house by the lake and the image of the angel on it refers to the swans
