Artist's Statement
Brief artist introduction:
My artistic practice is built around surrealist thinking, the observation of nature, and symbolic layers. Nature is for me both a concrete environment and an inner imagery — a place where the visible and the subconscious can touch one another.
My visual expression moves along thresholds: the shifting spaces between places, memories, and the imagery of childhood. I wait for the moment when nature reveals itself and silence opens almost endlessly — a space in which the landscape conveys something that words cannot fully reach.
My work seeks to create images in which the real landscape and its imaginative form intertwine. In these images, the familiar and the estranged coexist, like two directions of light meeting on the same surface.
