Miia Kettunen: Conversations with Water
Conversations with Water is a two-part video about the dialogue with the lake environment of the eutrophic lake Kalkiainen in sparsely populated Eastern Finnish Lapland. It reflects the causes and consequences of the changes in the environment and presents actions by the lake´s residents Juha and Liisa for the lake. In the floor projection of the video work, the independent trace of the lake environment is seen in the rapidly changing water installation.
