The starting point of my artistic work is often researching something: why is this like this? How could it be if it was differently? My methods might involve drawing, discussions, making zines or silk screen prints or be just a collective encounter. I prefer to work together with other people, open to discussion. My work has spurred from ever changing feminist thinking and strategies to change the world. Recently I have been especially interested in hope, affection and utopias.
My background is in fine arts, comics and design, which all I have studies. I am a member of Muu ry as well as a founding member of Kutikuti comics collective and Femicomix Finland network.
