Timo Rytkönen lives and works in Helsinki.
Rather than repeating himself, Timo wants to encounter new possibilities and challenges. He makes art out of lots of different materials and with many diverse techniques. Recycling is often part of his practice.
He has exhibited extensively and been successful in art competitions.
Several public collections have deposited Timo's works of art, and he has completed public works in four continents, often as part of the work in artist-in-residences.
In Timo's production there are also books, booklets and short films.
