Bio

Early years

Hey, I was born in Finland, Janakkala 1969. I studied Kankaanpään Art School 1994-1998's. In my earlier paintings were realistic. Art school was the influence of my non-representational season, which had its own contradictions, as the ideals of painting come from a distance mm. Rembrand, Ilya Repin and Ivan Aivazovsky. I started to miss again classical way to paint. So it was natural to go back to realistic art. Currently I live and work in Hämeenlinna.

Transformation

I made a transformation on his return to figurative art in 2007, my portraits are realistic descriptions of everyday life today and I will try to describe a person of his own environment as a real and exposed. Often my paintings are caused by minute observation, the image will be happy to everyday things. I'm starting to appreciate the simple expression of direct and I like arts and crafts arts as important. More recent paintings is a plant theme.

Botanical paintings

The themes are of interest to the plant, the life cycle of the beginning and the end. Without the green of nature, we would not have life, the air we breathe. Nature allows for all living life, thanks to the plants. This topic seems to be in these paintings, a simple, but every living feel. Nature does not sell does not negotiate, it just is, to which we must adapt.
