Scion is winner of the SAMK 2016 Artcontest and was completed on July 2017, SAMK Campus, Satakunnankatu 25, Pori
Scion consist of five individual plantfigures which are made of linenpaper and steel. Pieces are installed on the main lobby of Campus. Students and faculty had an opportynity to influense the selection of plants that are used on base of the installation.
At winter people at SAMK were able to participate an survey, which gave clear list of favourite plants.
Many people move for first time out of home to go study in another city. Scion was earlier only link back home and still is an concrete one.
