Ms. Kaisa Soini works inbetween the fields of art and architecture. Her artwork is related to questions of space in many levels. What is the concept of space in painting? This is the agenda in Ms. Soini's work both as a concrete phonomena in the physicality of painting canvas and as a reflection of the human condition in relation to the illusionistic field of the canvas. All in all, the space matter is complex and closely knitted to that of emptyness and through this it is open to all contemplations of excistential nature. And thus we arrive to the basic endavour in art, i.e. to define the space of humanity.
