Technique: pigment extracted from rowan tree leaves

Green and red are opposite to each other on the colour circle and the furthest from each other on the arc of the circle. Together, however, they complement each other. I made pigment from rowan leaves, used the pigment to make a watercolour button and then painted the leafy green next to the red rowan berries of the work A Study on the Perception of Time.
