Jenni Haili: Dread
Coincidence and destiny brought two women (Jenni Haili and Jenni Gästgivar) together. They became aware, that they share more than just a similar appearance. Their near past had been transformed through similar small and large events. The piece includes visiting cards that list these assimulitudes.
In the videos the women give up their physical resemblance by cutting of their dread locked hair and through this they end up continuing their lives in completely diffrent dircetions. The piece tells about destiny and the dread of loosing ones lifes’ individuality.
