Sari Moilala: Green I
This artwork starts the series, Green. The color green symbolizes life, serenity, and hope. Because this shade is often prevalent in nature, it is associated with fertility and healing. The work is painted in acrylic paint on a cotton duck fabric stretched into wedge trees. The edges are not painted, they show the progress of the painting. The back has an iron wire and eyebolts for hanging.
