Päivi Maunu: Nameless in Zambia, Sugar-cube Mosaic, The 6th Insaka International Artists Workshop in Livingstone, 2013
NAPS, Nature&Art Post Scriptum, is a team of Finnish visual artists Päivi Maunu and Ilari Kähönen.
In The 6th Insaka International Artists Workshop in Livingstone, team NAPS was thrilled to realize environmental art work "Nameless in Zambia" made of sugar cubes.
Natural elements such as rain, wind and sunshine are constantly changing the mosaic as well as animals and insects are eating the material until it has completely recovered back to the place of its origin, nature.
